The Byron Bay Chocolate Co Dash
The Byron Bay Chocolate Co Dash, is designed for those who can competently swim approximately 800m from Clarkes Beach to Main Beach. It is to encourage participants to put a toe in the water (so to speak) and draw in more swimmers who may not be as experienced or as confident as the Classic swimmers. Unlike the Classic, which has an age limit of 12 years and over, the Byron Bay Chocolate Co Dash takes entrants from 9 and up and is an ideal way to introduce the participants to the joys of ocean swimming.
Age Category 9 to 15 years
The Winter Whales welcome you to our swim over the shorter distance. There are medals for the first 3 boys and girls to finish in the 9, 10, 11, 12 year groups as well as a 13+ age group.
Your entry entitles you to an event baseball cap, swim cap and timing.
